Where Unique Sprouts Grow, Learn, and Belong
Growth Grove is the result of years of walking alongside our Unique Sprouts as they grow, change, and thrive. What began as a heart centered Mommy Morning Out program has naturally evolved into a micro-school inspired learning community shaped by real children, real families, and real relationships over time.
Year 1 — Mommy Morning Out Begins:
A small, community-based Mommy Morning Out program rooted in play, connection, sensory exploration, and honoring childhood through meaningful enrichment experiences.
Year 2 — Families Return & Community Grows
As families returned year after year, our programs began to develop greater structure and intention. Children formed lasting friendships, confidence grew, and a strong sense of community began to take root.
Year 3 — Expanding Learning Opportunities
As our Unique Sprouts grew, so did their interests and abilities. We expanded programming to include richer learning experiences through literacy, science exploration, creative arts, movement, and hands-on problem-solving.
Year 4 — Mentorship & Specialized Learning
We introduced specialized mentors and expanded opportunities for children to explore math, science, music, mindfulness, entrepreneurship, and creative expression through guided, hands-on learning experiences.
Year 5 — Shifting to The Growth Grove
As children continued growing within our programs, families began asking for greater depth, continuity, and meaningful learning opportunities. In response, our programming naturally evolved into what is now Growth Grove—a micro-school inspired enrichment model that blends academic exploration, creativity, mentorship, and real-world learning.
Growth Grove reflects years of learning alongside the children and families who helped shape it.

Seedlings Program:
Ages 2.5–5.5
A play-based enrichment experience designed to nurture curiosity, social-emotional development, sensory exploration, and early learning foundations.
Meets two times per month
Sprouts Program:
Ages 8–12
A micro-school inspired enrichment program combining mentorship, project-based learning, creativity, and real-world exploration.
Thursday – Academic & Enrichment Focus
Friday – Creative & Exploratory Focus
Meets four days per month (Thursday & Friday)

Owner & Founder | Spirited Sprout, LLC Homeschool mama of two, former registered nurse, AHA CPR instructor, and founder of Spirited Sprout, LLC, a family-owned, inclusive sensory activity center. With an academic emphasis in psychology and a special interest in neuropsychology, Ashley is passionate about supporting neurodiverse children and families through meaningful, engaging learning experiences. Through Growth Grove, she is committed to creating educational opportunities rooted in childhood preservation—encouraging curiosity, collaboration, emotional development, and the discovery of each child’s unique gifts. Her goal is to nurture confident, compassionate, forward-thinking young leaders while creating opportunities for children and families to learn, grow, create, and thrive together within their community.
Co-Director & Partner Certified Math Tutor with 8 years of experience supporting neurodivergent learners in grades 1st–8th, both in person and online. With a BA in Chemistry, Brad brings a strong foundation in science, mathematics, and hands-on learning to The Growth Grove. He leads Spirited Sprout’s Sensory Science Program and oversee the math and environmental science components of The Growth Grove. As an AHA CPR instructor for more than 3 years, he also bring valuable experience in safety education and preparedness. With an entrepreneurial spirit and a natural ability to connect with children, Brad creates learning experiences that are engaging, encouraging, and accessible—helping children build confidence while discovering the world around them.
Co-Teacher, Seedlings Program Educator with over 18 years of experience and a Master’s degree in Literacy. Co-teacher in the Seedlings Program and founder of Little Reading Nest; author of Ollie: A Little Owl’s First Flight. Creates thematic, literacy-rich sensory play trays and fosters play-based learning that nurtures curiosity, connection, and hands-on exploration. Committed to creating warm, meaningful experiences for children and families within the community.
Spanish Instructor for Growth Grove- Sprouts
Originally from Colombia, Vanessa is a wife and mother of three with a lifelong passion for working with children, serving others, and creating inclusive community spaces.
With a background in Respiratory Therapy and certification in medical and surgical equipment sterilization, she brings a unique combination of care, creativity, and hands-on experience to her work with children. She currently works as a caregiver for two wonderful young adults with Down syndrome, further strengthening her passion for supporting individuals with different abilities.
Creativity has been an important part of her life for more than 16 years as a professional face painter at community events and celebrations. She also teaches art to young people with different abilities and enjoys creating opportunities for every child to express themselves through art and imagination.
As a published coloring book creator, she uses creativity as a tool for connection, inclusion, and learning. Her approach to teaching Spanish reflects that same philosophy—using movement, music, art, sensory experiences, and hands-on activities to make language learning fun and accessible.
She believes every child has something unique to share and is passionate about creating learning experiences where children feel welcomed, confident, included, and excited to learn.
